What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of the Deal Desk function and ensure our teams have the timely, strategic deal support they need
  • Automate repetitive tasks & approval processes using technology
  • Project manage evaluation and implementation of a new Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tool to integrate with Salesforce and streamline deal processes
  • Collaborate with Business Operations team members and stakeholders across the business on projects focused on reducing friction and optimizing current processes
  • Own our contract automation and e-signature platform, PandaDoc, as well as our order form and sales proposal documents
  • Analyze data and create benchmarks on our current deal desk process, then work to improve performance
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to process and execute non-standard deals
  • Provide deal structure guidance to Sales organization
  • Manage price books, products, and representation of pricing logic within systems

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Smart, self-driven, highly motivated to find solutions and enact change
  • Extremely organized with a hyper-close attention to detail
  • Creative & innovative problem solver
  • Able to prioritize and project manage incoming tasks while keeping cool under pressure
  • Energized by the fast pace and constant evolution of a startup environment
  • BONUS: Experience with PandaDoc, Docusign, DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Zapier, Tray.io, Looker, Tableau, Product Bundle, FastSpring

Our office is located in the Flatiron District. Our energetic culture extends beyond the office and into the neighborhood of trendy bars/shops. Bizzabo also has offices in Israel, London, Montreal and Kiev.
