Latch is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. The Deal Desk Analyst is a cross-functional role with responsibilities ranging from orchestrating complex deals with minimal friction to recommending process and system enhancements in support of efficiency and simplicity across the organization in support of the Quote to Cash process.  You’ll collaborate closely with sales, finance, operations, legal, and product management to achieve success.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to accelerate deal cycles to close by partnering with our Account Executives and Customer Success teams in quoting and contract generation in an effort to provide the Client with the appropriate package while maximizing revenue
  • Gate-Keeper/quarterback of deals/orders & ownership of the deal process end to end - this person will ensure all approvals are in place and that we are signing clean deals
  • Provide deal structure guidance and creative solutions by fully understanding billing systems, various licensing models, deal structures, and pricing to support to the sales organization while maintaining internal pricing standards
  • Help drive approvals of non-standard business terms and reduce ambiguity in support of the sales organization
  • Work cross-functionally with sales operations, sales, finance and legal to recommend changes to process and billing structure, updates in product, changes in approvals, etc.
  • Identify and drive implementation of process improvements to support growth and scalability
  • Become a subject matter expert on all aspects of the deal operations process, creating documentation and leading enablement sessions as necessary.
  • Identify potential training opportunities and coordinate with Sales Enablement to develop & communicate materials to all necessary business functions.
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on deal structure and internal deal issue resolution on behalf of the sales team
  • Ensure accurate quote and contract data in salesforce for quote to cash, order management and clean reporting and analysis

Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Business Management, Finance preferred
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in the following areas - Sales Operations, Order Management: Knowledge and understanding of the quote-to-cash process, General Operations: Administrative procedures, process/project development, and system procedures, Business Enablement and Management:  Experience in maintaining operational capability while reacting to business needs

  • Experience with Salesforce required
