Job Title: Demand Generation & Analytics Manager, Neustar Marketing Solutions

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Demand Generation & Analytics Manager to join our Integrated Marketing team and support our highly successful marketing solutions business unit and its flagship brand, Neustar Fabrick™. What you will be doing

  • Plan and execute owned, cross-channel demand generation efforts in support of product marketing go-to-market campaigns and broader brand awareness, with a strong focus on email marketing: e.g., nurture programs, newsletters, content offers, and event announcements,

  • Build and field ABM and vertical-specific campaigns globally, in coordination with product marketing and integrated marketing teams, and sales teams

  • Measure and analyze campaign analytics and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and target account engagement KPIs

  • Help develop and manage email marketing in support of all inbound lead and outbound lead generation initiatives across marketing and sales organizations.

  • Plan and support cross-channel content marketing across paid, owned, and earned media including email, website, social media, programmatic display, and paid search.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales operations for Marketing Automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce) integration, and DOMO dashboard integration, deployment, and marketing analytics

  • Implement robust cross-platform test-and-learn plan and provide monthly reporting and optimization insights

  • Work closely with external agencies, partners and vendors to ensure clarity around expected timelines, deliverables, and processes

What you should have

  • 5+ years of relevant demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics experience

  • 10+ years overall work experience

  • Excellent project management, process, and cross-functional collaboration experience

  • Strong expertise in email marketing and database marketing

  • Marketo or similar Marketing Automation platform and Salesforce CRM experience required.

  • DOMO or similar analytics and dashboarding tool experience preferred

  • Experience working for B2B SaaS companies selling marketing technology, advertising technology, measurement/analytics preferred

  • Experience forecasting and measuring ROI of content and event marketing initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Marketing Automation: Marketo (preferred), Hubspot, Pardot

    • CRM: Salesforce

    • Project Management platforms: Workfront

    • Content Management Platforms
