General Summary:
As our Digital Asset Archivist, you will support the Global Brand Team to effectively manage the implementation and maintenance of our digital asset management system. This will entail working closely with the Global Marketing, Content and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create workflows for uploading and searching assets
• Create and maintain metadata standards & usage rights
• Create and maintain DAM documentation
• Train and support all DAM users
• Maintain an active registry of DAM users/tiered permissions
• Act as primary liaison between WW and vendors handing off new assets
• Manage the DAM and facilitate the uploading of assets as well as maintaining and upgrading the system
• Fulfill asset requests & transfers
• Track ROI for member and recipe assets
• Generate asset download and trends reports
• Keep informed of latest DAM technology trends and innovations

 Experience Required:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Flexible, with a high degree of personal accountability
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, plus exhibits an aptitude to develop specific and detailed knowledge and understanding of complex agreements and licenses
• Comfortable training and & teaching individuals
