MSK requires all new hires, volunteers, and vendors who come onsite to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. This is based on the COVID-19 vaccines' high level of protection and our shared responsibility in protecting our patients.
Beginning on February 21, 2022, MSK will require all new hires, volunteers, and vendors who come onsite to provide proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination series + booster (once eligible). Individuals currently eligible for a COVID-19 booster must get their booster, or have an approved exemption as a condition of employment at MSK. Individuals can get their COVID-19 booster 5 months after receiving their second dose of either the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, or 2 months after the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Individuals who are not yet eligible for a booster must meet this criteria within 30 days of becoming eligible.
Job Description
We're delighted to announce the role of Director of Strategy and Program Management, reporting to the Senior Director and Head of NextGen Analytics and AI/ML in the Digital Solutions group of MSK's DigITs (Digital Informatics and Technology Solutions) organization. You will actively engage with CxO and senior leaders across various business units to drive enterprise-level impactful insights and prioritize projects with the highest potential business benefits, with AI/ML-led transformations.

You will:

• Directly interface with the chief of staff team of various CxOs across MSKCC and bring back their end-to-end Analytics and AI/ML requirements that DigITs can enable
• Drive implementation of a NextGen Analytics strategy, focusing on delivering self-serve data and insights needs of clinicians and researchers at MSK
• Promote and showcase storytelling of the team's work via blogs, presentations, and live demos

You have:

• 6+ years deep industry or academic leadership experience, driving strategic enterprise-level AI/ML Analytics projects
• Superb communication and vision for driving digital transformations
• Familiarity with popular Analytics stack with vendors such as IBM, Microsoft, Amazon or Google
• Data-driven with an understanding of multi-modal and polyglot data architectures, spanning Relational, NoSQL and modern Big data architectures on on-prem or multi-cloud environments
