As the Director of Customer Insights, you will architect data driven stories that affirm the value of White Ops service to existing and prospective clients. White Ops' bot detection and prevention technology produces profound and highly sought after data that ultimately protects the revenue and reputation of some of the world’s largest brands and technology platforms. In this role, you will be interpreting trends, patterns and anomalies that are an integral part of ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving company revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Obsess over White Ops’ macro and client specific data, looking for anomalies, trends and patterns in order to identify the most compelling client specific reasons for renewal, upsell and new commitment.
- Solve complex issues (conflicting data, client objections, industry trends, etc); offering solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Craft compelling and interesting stories, making use of client and aggregate White Ops data to speaks to existing and prospective customer priorities.
- Become a consummate student of the industries White Ops services, understanding marketplace variables and benchmarking norms in order to bring better context to information presented to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Present customer data with confidence and conviction both externally and internally.
- Design framework and methodology for client proof point case studies
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Data Science and / or Business Intelligence (digital advertising / AdTeach experience a plus but not required)
- Excellent communication and presentations skills, both over the phone and in person
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Knowledge of SQL, R or Python preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
