The Role:

The Enablement Analyst will continually measure the effectiveness of our Enablement team’s blended learning strategy through analytics, reporting, and surveys. You will lead the charge in managing our centralized Sales Enablement Platform (Highspot) to enable our Sales and Customer Success teams to easily access sales preparation support and product knowledge that will ultimately impact our topline sales and retention goals. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Enablement, you will work closely with our Marketing, Optimization, and Finance teams to identify and distill analytics from multiple areas of our business to inform, identify, and establish KPIs for an Enablement Dashboard. In building this dashboard, you will help our Customer team to evaluate the business impact of our enablement efforts so we can continue to iterate and evolve our strategy.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

You are energized and motivated by the challenge of scaling a fast-growing company through analytics and business insights, and are excited to identify new solutions to solve for platform gaps. You’ll get to work with an enthusiastic, cross-functional team to catapult Newsela’s growth as we scale our Customer team operations and organization. And as part of our Learning & Enablement team, your work will directly impact our ability to upskill our Customer team and expand Newsela’s reach, ultimately bringing engaging, culturally responsive learning content to K-12 educators and students nationwide.

Why We’ll Love You:

You have 4+ years of data analyst and project management experience, including work in some or all of the following: educational publishing, sales enablement, adult learning, professional development, and SaaS. You also have experience in enablement platforms, and understand adult learning analytics and how KPIs are measured for this audience. You have foundational knowledge of Salesforce and Looker (or other BI software), experience with LMSs (i.e. MindTickle) and CMSs (i.e. Highspot). You’re an expert in Excel or Google Sheets, and can easily distill multiple data points into executive and manager reports that provide actionable and contextualized insights and analysis. You’re well organized and have demonstrated success supporting multiple projects in a highly collaborative remote environment and have meticulous attention to detail. You also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and can adjust your messaging to a variety of audiences within the business. You have a love for the K-12 education market, and are always learning more about the breadth and depth of the sector by keeping a pulse on industry and regional trends. While not required, Tableau (or other business intelligence software) experience is a plus.

About Newsela:

One of the fastest growing tech companies in K-12 education, Newsela was founded on the principle that while every child may have unique learning preferences, they all deserve a rich learning experience that ignites a love of learning.
