The Role

We are looking for an Analyst to join Meltwater’s Analytics team in New York City. The position will support the Client Success team in the Americas, which works with Meltwater’s biggest clients! Our goal is to create positive, long-lasting relationships through customer engagement and consultation in order to increase the overall value for our clients.

Our SaaS solutions service over 28,000 corporate customers worldwide, helping them understand their markets, engage with their customers and stakeholders, as well as master the new social business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Part of the Analytics team providing support and reporting for various client projects and leveraging Meltwater’s proprietary software platforms.
  • Become an expert user on in-house SaaS platforms.
  • Assist team with senior management research requests.
  • Build Boolean Logic searches and basic analytics (if you are not familiar with Boolean no worries, we will provide training on this)
  • Create reports by mining digital media and social media content based on each brand’s individual parameters.
  • Analyze data streams from multiple media channels to measure impact of clients’ brand marketing, public relations and social media outreach campaigns.
