About the Role
iCapital Network is looking for a motivated and eager candidate to support the expanding development of platform partnerships with iCapital and financial intermediaries. The role encompasses supporting the operational needs of the SaaS platform offering as well as supporting and identifying the development of custom features for new partners, including providing support to design unique platform workflows. The ideal candidate has a penchant for knowledge, a hunger for growth and learning, and will embrace a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn and support all interfaces for operations of iCapital platform and fund offerings, with a focus on Document Center.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the iCapital platform and consistently drive improvements and upgrades on behalf of clients and the company.
- Establish strong support functions within the platform project management team to support implementation of product enhancements and updates.
- Manage online fund offering content for iCapital clients – leading alternative investment fund managers – which includes having knowledge of or an interest in learning basic HTML to successfully configure the platform for clients.
- Build strong relationships and create procedures with clients that integrate with iCapital.
- Work in collaboration with diligence, marketing, product development, investor relations, and legal teams to meet launch deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience in project management/operational financial services
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across both internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analytics skills
- History of teamwork, willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get the job done
- Detail-oriented and able to strategically prioritize tasks
- Desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in Alternative Investments or Financial Services preferred
