Description

Throughout the EPAM’s Analyst Rotational Program you will be given a formal education developed internally, while being mentored and paired with Leaders from EPAMS’s Business Consultants, Business Analysts, Business Units, Global Delivery Team. During your formal technical and business education, you will participate in completing practical tasks in order to improve your business and technical acumen and assist in current EPAM projects. Throughout the program, you will receive periodic assessments and reviews, ensuring you are progressing in your education. In parallel to the program and education you will work on real world client accounts, assisting the teams to solve complex business and technology issues Req. #240616269

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Align to and be mentored by EPAM Industry experts to learn how EPAM works with clients in project settings
• Experience and meet-ups directly with the EPAM Sr. Leadership Team
• Complete EPAM’s formal education via internal coursework, periodic assessments and reviews
• Assess business needs by communicating with management and staff directly, and by conducting surveys and workshops with stakeholders
• Understand how technological solutions are implemented and create a plan that efficiently uses them to achieve business goals
• Create detailed business analyses, define business requirements, outline problems, and brainstorm solutions for operational and technical changes
• Work in cooperation with project managers and communicate the progress of projects to stakeholders
• Track and validate solutions, and measure the value of the changes to the organization for further improvements or refinements
• What you´ll learn:
• Business Analysis core concepts, knowledge areas, tasks, and techniques
• Study the role, skills, competencies, and best practices, methods used for gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Learn about stakeholders identification and classification, understanding the stakeholder needed, leveraging key stakeholders and stated requirements analysis, with an overview of modeling techniques
• Study the methods used for gathering requirements from stakeholders and requirements documentation for different types of projects, requirements verification, and validation

NICE TO HAVE

• Basic knowledge and skills of modeling business processes and systems (BPMN, UML)
• Basic knowledge of database theory and ability to compile and run simple SQL queries
