As our US team grows, we are looking for a part-time candidate to join our food database team. Food logging is the core of our apps and it’s important to our users to be able to find any type of food that they would like to log. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous quick learner, detail oriented, tech savvy, and passionate about the wellness industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Set the roadmap to improve the quantity and quality of the food database
• Manage and organize projects for a team of freelancers
• Research calorie and serving size information on various food items
• Correct issues or wrong information on already registered food items
• App testing in iOS and Android platforms
• Other duties and projects as assigned
• Must be available for 20-29 hours per week

Skills you need:

• Highly detail oriented and care for the quality of your work
• Strong interest in wellness and nutrition
• Strong communication skills
• Some managerial skills
• Self driven, autonomous
• Moderate experience using spreadsheet software
• Technologically inclined (database knowledge a plus)
• Some experience with web research
