What We Need:
We’re looking for a business leader who will own the success of our new data and analytics platform business unit. You will own the strategic business planning, product evolution, go to market strategy, sales and execution. You are someone who is energized by uniting cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing under a common goal and surpassing expectations. You work closely with our founding members and team leaders in order to drive success with partners and clients and help us to lead mobile advertising innovations.
Your Responsibilities:
- As the GM of the data and analytics platform business unit you will be the leader externally and internally and be the key executive responsible for formulating and executing a growth- oriented business strategy
- Executive team member responsible for driving results through others, manages team performance and holds team accountable against business metrics.
- Translates market and client business strategies into specific actions to generate sales and revenue
- Obtains, allocates and adjusts resources to achieve sales and service goals
- Oversees management of pilot pricing strategy to drive most profitable long term sales.
- Act as a key voice in new product strategy and prioritization, in addressing sales needs and gaps, and everything in-between that would limit commercial success
- Aggregate & synthesize market opportunities, feedback & market needs from proactive interrogation partners and customers to inform overarching strategy & product development
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- At least 8+ years experience with enterprise saas platforms within the martech and adtech ecosystem; ad sales exposure to both agencies and brands ideal
- Direct SaaS sales experience required
- Strong operations, marketing and sales experience, specifically in successfully launching new products and selling a technical platform to business decision makers and ecosystem
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to motivate cross-functional teams and engaging with executives and C-suite
- Experience managing scale and fast growth in a matrixed environment
- Self-Driven Market Expert: Constant desire to consume new information and demonstrates thought leadership to customers, partners and the broader mobile marketing ecosystem
- Have a broad range of experience across sales, marketing, product management and engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or master’s degree is preferred
- Willing to travel 40%
What Success in this Role Looks like:
Success criteria includes but is not limited to adoption rate of new products, revenue growth, and other KPIs as identified as needed to define success.
