As Revenue Strategy Manager, you will partner with key Go to Market (GTM) leaders to drive go-to-market strategy, productivity and effectiveness. You will own all GTM planning & analysis. You will partner with a wide variety of key stakeholders to implement GTM plans and activities that support our performance targets. Your work will directly impact the performance of the GTM team, and will therefore be critical to our ambitious growth goals.

All positions at Postscript are fully remote.

Primary duties

  • Design and implement all GTM planning & analysis. Own the GTM financial model, including ongoing actualization and reforecasting
  • Implement all aspects of the GTM financial model, including customer segmentation for both direct sales and partnerships, quotas & commission plans
  • Develop actionable reporting and dashboards. Partner with BI to ensure that GTM leadership continually has an accurate understanding of performance vs. targets. Define and provide ongoing insights into KPIs
  • Actively work with all GTM teams to continually optimize client facing process in order to achieve performance targets. Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity. 
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across all GTM teams. Achieve buy-in and consistent understanding of GTM strategy and targets across GTM teams

What We’ll Love About You

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy or business analysis. Additional experience in a client facing role strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a growing SaaS business 
  • Demonstrated understanding of SaaS, or closely related technology, revenue models
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise and experience in financial modeling
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High growth, early stage experience strongly preferred
