What You Will Do:
The Head of Business Analytics will be responsible for understanding Neverware’s internal business operations and performance. This is in service to helping the company work seamlessly and at full capacity. You will lead the team, working with our Business Operations Analyst and reporting to the Director of Operations. You will be responsible for taking our business analytics capabilities to the next level, helping to establish departmental KPIs, measuring those KPIs with the reporting infrastructure and making sure critical processes scalably support Neverware’s business goals.
Own Neverware’s reporting infrastructure, including CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Domo); build on our existing infrastructure and prioritize new enhancements, all in an effort to move our business analysis capabilities to the next level
Work closely with our Business Operations Analyst to select solutions that continually improve Neverware’s integration points and manual processes; e.g. quote to cash, invoicing, integration between accounting and CRM systems
Propose and implement business process and system improvements to help the entire Neverware team improve how we work
Subject matter expert on all key aspects of how Neverware’s business operates internally - Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Work with department heads to understand their goals and challenges, define KPIs, and build executive dashboards that facilitate decision-making.
The purpose is to establish a single source of truth, a reporting accountability structure that helps Neverware work together to measure our progress and work towards our company goals.
Required Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. You will interact with many team members and it is crucial you can communicate and understand needs in order to be successful in this role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Curiosity and drive to ask questions, understand details and implement the best solutions for Neverware
Strong leadership skills and some managerial experience preferred
