Job Description

We are looking for an Integration Analyst to join the Supply Chain Informatics team. If you have deep technical skills coupled with a passion for making them useful in solving real and pressing problems, then this could be an ideal role for you! We're looking for a thoughtful, motivated and eager candidate to support the expanding development of our systems.

 

You will collaborate with external suppliers, System Support Analysts, MSK leadership, Finance staff, department managers, and hospital administrators. You will manage the technical requirements of MSK’s supplier base and related implementations, ongoing maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, interfaces, and integrations with existing and new systems. Foundationally, support operations and lead inter-departmental teams providing project support and leadership when necessary across a wide array of related applications. You will be a main contributor in optimizing our systems, specifically, procure-to-pay processes and supplier management applications. Continuous improvement is embedded in every aspect of the workload, seeking new and novel ways to improve operations through applications, analysis, and new technology.

Sample Projects:

  • sFTP Service: configure an sFTP endpoint with our purchasing system and AWS.
  • Supplier Information Management: request and gather supplier information within the P2P process to drive supplier adoption.
  • Coupa R25 E2E: perform end-to-end testing to identify system dependencies and to ensure data integrity is maintained between various system components and systems.

You will:

  • Serve as the Integration Analyst in multiple Supply Chain systems, navigating the complexities of several system environments and their integration points with suppliers (e.g. cXML, EDI, .CSV).
  • Support procurement activities for business stakeholders and suppliers to execute aligned system strategies (e.g. setup and testing of punchout catalogs, supplier information management, approval chains, web forms.
  • Leverage strong analytics and problem-solving skills to drive day-to-day priorities.
  • Fix complex process, application, and functional issues and handle these to resolution.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and support experience
  • Assist System Support Analysts with day-to-day functions, responsibilities, and inquiries.
  • Ensure testing efforts are completed timely related to enhancements, integrations, system upgrades, etc.
  • Manage ongoing supplier enablement activities specifically participating in onboarding new and legacy suppliers in the Coupa Supplier Portal by utilizing automated workflow and approval processes.
  • Manage configuration and business related to the Coupa Supplier Portal including content and settings on a customer-by-customer basis (e.g. viewing purchase orders, setting up delivery methods, sending invoices, checking the status of transactions, and more).
  • Prepare and review documentation for current processes, model structures, and assumptions and continuously identify gaps and opportunities for automation projects that will streamline workflows and processes.
  • Facilitate meetings to review and update users on new functionality and create training documentation and detailed workflows.
  • Provide user insights on future functionalities and remain current with any new release features and functions.

You are:

  • Familiar with complex business problems and have exposure to procure-to-pay processes.
  • Able to navigate uncertainty with confidence and make recommendations on courses of action.
  • Competent in developing and analyzing reports using Business Intelligence Tools.
  • Experienced with data visualizations.
  • Able to work effectively in an environment notable for complex, sometimes contradictory information.
  • Excited to work across the enterprise and work across many departments.
  • An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree strong plus.
  • 3+ years’ experience of procure-to-pay (Coupa applications preferred) experience, including technical management and development of integrations with other ERP platforms (e.g. cXML, EDI), application extensions, and system administration.
  • A solid understanding of EDI, JSON, cXML/XML, HTML and other Internet-based technologies.
  • Experience writing maintainable, efficient SQL queries for reporting and ETL purposes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) a plus.
  • Healthcare experience a plus.
