Jr. Platform Operations Analyst

As a Jr. Platform Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing platform support and data management services to our enterprise customers and large partners. Our team is looking for people who are motivated and excited to contribute to the team. Responsibilities
- Manage & prioritize multiple inbound operations requests and drive to completion
- Interpret customer and other stakeholder requests, tailor your conversations according to their needs, and effectively communicate these needs internally
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure we are exceeding client expectations
- Import customer or partner data and provide quality assurance over the information and content loaded into the Yext Platform
- Analyze client data feeds, process data comparisons and follow up with customers on results or if more information is needed
- Act as an escalation point for the customer support teams on complex customer issues
- Contribute to internal resources and deliver meaningful product feedback to leadership and relevant teams
Minimum Requirements
- Pursuing BA/BS degree, graduating by June 2018
- Proficient in data analysis and manipulation with solid spreadsheet experience (Excel)
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong ability to communicate complex issues across departments and with external contacts
- Detail-oriented, organized, process-driven
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
- Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment Interest in technology, bonus in local/ location software
