Lead Analytics Services Associate - Industry Solutions

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Industry Solutions, the Lead Analytics Services Associate will play a key role in Crossix’s commercial efforts. In this role, the ideal candidate will work with a team to ensure the creation and delivery of proposals, feasibility assessments, and scoping/contracting in support of Crossix’s sales efforts. 

What You'll Do

  • Organize and execute all supporting aspects of the sales process including feasibility, pricing, proposal creation and contracting
    • Conduct feasibility assessments to determine if new and existing sales opportunities are supportable with existing company capabilities
    • Support proposal creation for sales team presentation of Crossix capabilities and sales opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with internal client service and sales teams
    • Command a full understanding of Crossix capabilities, and be able to effectively communicate them
    • Escalate issues, delays and challenges, pairing each with suggested solutions
  • Develop new materials and methodologies for faster execution and easier understanding of company capabilities
    • Work with other teams to refine existing methodologies and propose new methods

    What You've Done

    • 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Analytically-oriented problem solver
    • Adaptable, flexible and curious, with exceptional time-management skills
    • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, and organization skills
    • Quantitative interest, demonstrated through coursework or professional experience
    • Interest in the power of “Big Data”
    • Exposure to digital or direct marketing or healthcare a plus
