WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work with client’s team to define the product vision, product roadmap
  • Identify the product capabilities, feature and function
  • Break the complex system in smaller manageable capabilities
  • Define Epics and stories and success criteria
  • Story elaboration, business logic, business results
  • Manage the product scope, prioritize the capabilities, Epic, Stories
  • Participate in sprint review demo and provide feedback
  • Track the feedback and ensure that feedback is part of backlog and prioritized
  • Participate in incident triaging
  • Go to person for any business question, clarification

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • FS experience is highly preferred
  • Experience working in a projects from the discovery phase to production
  • Excellent soft skills, able to manage stakeholders
  • Managing his/her own priorities and deliverables effectively and transparently
  • Expert in requirements elicitation, documenting and management
  • Experience in writing User Stories with Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin format will be a plus)
  • Familiar with a range of diagramming and UI prototyping tools
  • Proficient working with JIRA, Confluence
  • High level understanding of modern technologies (REST, AWS, Microservices etc.)
  • Experience working in Scrum project is a must
  • Ability to work as a Proxy Product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Business development mindset
  • Experience in back-end specification (XML, JSON etc.) is preferable, but not mandatory
