The Pooling & Delivery Sr Analyst is responsible for the delivery of loans allocated to MBS pools by Cap Markets. Manage work-flows based on commitment expirations. Works internally with Company's respective departments to ensure deliveries and exceptions are addressed according to strict SLAs. Considered a subject matter expert for the team, the Senior Analyst will work with leadership to handle escalations and pooling edits.
What you’ll do as a Pooling & Delivery Senior Analyst:
- Deliver GSE pools per best-execution. Thoroughness and attention to detail required given complexities of best-ex.
- Experience delivering ULDD to Fannie/Freddie
- General understanding of the mechanics of whole loan sales and co-issue transactions.
- Point person with GSEs to ensure sale and delivery issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Work with Cap Markets and Risk in recertifying aging loans making them eligible for sale.
- Work with Servicing and Cap Markets with re-pooling and buyouts on defaulted loans.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
- 1-2 years of mortgage experience, preferably in MBS Pooling
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with peers and leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

Post Closing is a dynamic, multi-functional team that plays an essential role in the Mortgage process. As part of our back-office support, we perform several key functions to facilitate the purchase of loan files, after closing, to our Investor partners on the Secondary market.
