This person makes core contributions to the FDA device builds for Cardio. Their core responsibility is to understand, test, and ship the models including production infra for retraining.
What you will do:
Tempus has access to unique data in cardiology that will allow us to develop insights that have only recently become possible. You will work with research data scientists to launch new AI-enabled smart tests based on EKGs and other underlying cardiology information, which will help patients receive early treatment and save lives.
What you bring:
- Experience building complex distributed systems that handle large datasets and / or integrate with external APIs
- Experience with building and deploying deep learning machine learning models. This team will be responsible for shipping research-grade models to production.
- You are able to work in an ambiguous problem space with high uncertainty
- You can communicate well and clearly document your process to comply with a tightly regulated industry
