The Team:
As part of the FP&A organization, you will provide unique business insights and strategy by leveraging Advanced Analytics & Data Science methodologies across all areas of the business that drive decision making by Celonis' senior management team (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Business Operations) .
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with different stakeholders across Celonis to deliver insights and recommendations that drive growth by providing solutions to a variety of complex technical business matters. You will champion impactful projects & programs, Analytical Challenges, & Strategy Initiatives while leading and managing a growing team of Business Insights Analysts.
The work you'll do:

• Develop and deploy a wide array of statistical, econometrics, and advanced analytic methods to drive business insights and support data-driven decisions
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
• Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics including support for sales, marketing, product and finance
• Become expert on key internal and external data sources. Identify opportunities to leverage new data sources/features to improve existing or develop new analytic solutions
• Create end-to-end, robust analytic products in key areas of the business (e.g. Sales, Finance, Product, Strategy, Marketing, etc.), working closely with business customers to scope, develop, implement, and monitor solutions
• Communicate and present results to various stakeholders across all levels of the organization include C-level executives

The qualifications you need:

• 7+ years work experience doing quantitative analysis preferably within a B2B technology or software company
• 3+ years of people management experience
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields (MBA or MS a plus)
• Intermediate/Advanced SQL experience (Python or R a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams
• Ability to work with other teams across an organization
• Strong oral and written communication
• A solid grasp of common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression, etc.)
• Experience with a data visualization tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, learn autonomously, and highly organized
• Experience working in a fast-paced culture, managing multiple deliverables a plus
