Manager, Revenue Analytics
The Addressable (Digital) Revenue Analytics Team’s (a subset of the Revenue & Yield Management Team) primary responsibilities focus on managing our organizations reporting suite (including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews) and key planning processes (Annual Budgets, Forecasts, and Long-Range Planning). Together, we aim to drive monetization through a deep understanding of data to develop sales strategies while simultaneously communicating them throughout the organization. The group consistently interacts with Sales, Pricing & Planning, Operations, Marketing, Client Solutions, Finance and Inventory Analytics.
Disney’s Addressable (Digital) Ad Analytics team is seeking a Manager of Revenue Analytics who will be an exceptional addition to our Advertisement Sales team. As a Revenue Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the analysis of the organizations holistic sales portfolio enabling strategic decision-making. The role will identify and consolidate key performance indicators by transaction types and sales verticals to evaluate performance against short and long-term goals. Responsibilities :
- Provide Sales Leadership with clear insights into business drivers to inform strategic decisions. Develop consistent outputs (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting as well as presentations) to evaluate sales metrics, assess risk and identify opportunities.
- Partner with Finance through planning process – month close/Flash, Forecasts, Budget and Long-Range Planning exercises. Provide clear and accurate inputs to ensure financial plans are consistent with business objectives across the Sales Portfolio. Monitor execution across the Sales organization and communicate variances to plan.
- Analyze and model macro-level business scenarios to evaluate solutions and quantify impacts across the Sales Portfolio.
- Ad hoc projects; revenue risk and opportunity analysis associated with supply and demand changes; work on new reporting based on evolving business needs
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience within online media in a Corporate FP&A, Reporting or Analytics role
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis, including annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning
- Detailed knowledge of ad sales process, online ad systems and technology
- Strong understanding of ad sales reporting and analysis tools/systems and database management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; expert Excel and PowerPoint user
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured, and dynamic environment
