ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reonomy is in search of a Market Analyst, responsible for distilling Reonomy’s extensive Commercial Real Estate (CRE) database into thought-provoking and insightful findings and trends for distribution to customers, press, and internal stakeholders across the CRE industry. Working collaboratively with our team of seasoned Content Marketers, you will help to establish the organization as a thought leader in CRE and will showcase the richness of the Reonomy database. You will be encouraged to explore trends as dictated by the market and will also have the opportunity to delve into topics based on research and requests.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Produce analysis of Reonomy database alongside other industry sources to identify key insights and trends and utilize your discoveries to develop articles and reports centered around your findings
  • Field inquiries from Press, internal stakeholders, and for use in external presentations and stay up-to-date with industry reports and resources
  • Collaborate with Marketing team, including occasional freelance writers and designers on data visualization and content creation process
  • Generate weekly round-up of industry news and trends

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3-5 Yrs of experience needed
  • Excellent writing, quantitative, and research skills
  • Experience in extracting, validating and analyzing large amounts of data and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insights to tell a story
  • Demonstrated work accomplishments including: published reports, articles, or other data-centric outputs
  • Professional demeanor when presenting to internal stakeholders, clients, and the Press
  • Ability to manage projects simultaneously, from ideation through to completion
  • Excel modeling & data visualization skills
  • Experience in the CRE industry a plus
