THE STORY

Like most guys, we just wanted getting dressed to be easy. But somewhere along the way things got complicated. Nothing seemed to fit quite right, quality was lacking, and shopping was a painful exercise of trial and error. There were somehow way too many options, or none. And whenever we did find something we liked, we knew it would be a little different the next time we looked. So, we decided to fix that.

We started with underwear and socks, things that could make you more comfortable every single day. Since then, we’ve gone on to reinvent other essentials that didn’t meet our standards for comfort, performance, quality, or design. If you only need one version of it, we make the best possible version—and once we get it right, we don’t change a thing.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Planner to join our growing merchandise planning team. Reporting to our VP, Merchandise Planning & Analytics, you will be responsible for planning all aspects of new product (category, product and color), optimizing inventory, and maintaining numerous trend, hindsight, and data tables. You will work closely with our merchandise team to facilitate product buys and track deliveries and our finance team to manage our working capital and cash cycles.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Inventory Planning – Develop sales, gross margin, and inventory plans at the SKU level for our new product assortment; manage OTB and assist the team in reforecasting based on current business trends and analysis of inventory productivity.
• Trend Analysis – Prepare weekly trend reports on core products and analyze for impacts to inventory and future buys.
• Hindsight Analysis – Recap business by category, style, color and size and create best seller/hindsight reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to measure past performance and to help inform future buys.
• Receipt Tracking – Maintain and update Purchase Order Log and Receipt Flow with merchandising and production teams; utilizing our tools to keep receipt movement records up to date.
• Team Liaison – Work with cross-functional teams to focus efforts by inventory investment. Reporting out trend changes to Marketing, Finance and Product teams.
• Production & Logistics – Partner with our Production team on order timelines and deliveries and track productivity at our Fulfillment Center. Manage inbound/outbound forecasts with our Fulfillment Center.

WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

• 5+ years of experience in a planning role
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Analytical mindset, data-driven, and detail oriented
• Master of Microsoft Excel and proficient with Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Experience with SQL, Looker, and ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced, startup environment with tight deadlines, changing demands, and cross-functional dependencies
• A self-starter with an eagerness to learn
