Job Mission: The Mission of the Network Analyst is to create actionable insights from our data for both our clients and our internal teams. The Network Analyst should have a broad understanding of data sets available throughout the company and be able to create documentation that describes the flow of data from any given data set to its final output format. The Network Analyst should demonstrate a curiosity and drive for identifying the most efficient and accurate reporting solutions.The outcomes we’re looking for:

  • Help ensure client deliverables are being met:
    • Master all available data sources to effectively serve as an organizational expert on which databases will best serve each incoming request
    • Extract clean, accurate data using a variety of available tools including, but not limited to, MS Excel, MS SQL tools, Tableau, Power BI to prepare to combine, normalize and ingest into androsCompass to provide Network Development team with the cleanest possible provider targets
    • Provide accurate and timely delivery of reports and data requests to various internal and external stakeholders within the company
    • Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams to ensure client needs are being met
  • Ensures data through project lifecycle is meaningful and dynamic:
    • Stitch and enrich incoming data feeds together and run appropriate systematic platform updates to tell a cohesive and accurate story of project progress
    • Design and maintain progress metrics that translate into clean visualizations that serve project leads and provide company leadership with guidance on resource allocation
    • Develop and maintain a high level of data hygiene and quality control standards for all reporting
    • Document the methodologies used to develop reporting outputs, including demonstrating the flow of data to supervisors for review purposes
    • Adheres to departmental policies and procedures in preparation of both recurring and ad-hoc reports

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience
  • Tech or Start-Up experience a plus
  • Advanced analytical and reporting abilities
  • 2+ years leveraging Tableau & Excel
