We are looking for an experienced Network Reporting Analyst to join our Network Clinical & Quality Management team. This role would be responsible for overseeing internal network data needs as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders on incoming partnerships. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills, experience with initiating and analyzing network reports around growth, and retention strategies, as well as data analytics, and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. About This Role

• Monitor ongoing network capacity using available data
• Analyze census information for incoming partnerships to adjust network growth needs
• Optimize processes for all Network Operations/Network Recruitment Data requests
• Build and maintain multiple reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Conduct data analysis, data visualization, and data strategy tasks in line with project goals for Network Ops team
• Increase reporting efficiency
• Conduct ongoing QA of data analysis run on regular basis
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-3 years of reporting/data analytics experience
• Experience with Python, SQL, Looker, Advanced Excel highly desired
• Energized by juggling multiple projects on tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings and be able to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• At ease with ambiguity
• Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment
