Our Customer Care and Product Solutions teams own front line and escalated support issues, directly growing the number of successful creators on Teachable. We are seeking an Operations Analyst to become a subject matter expert on the data, metrics, and KPIs that drive customer support outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our growing teams execute with increased quality and efficiency.
- Create and maintain team-wide analytics and reporting infrastructure
- Conduct and present analysis, informing our strategic and tactical initiative roadmap
- Develop and continually improve customer operations forecasting including multi-channel support volumes, headcount and scheduling requirements, et al.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships to drive our team’s success
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to customer operation managers and leadership, improving our decision speed and quality
- 2-3 years experience in an analyst role, preferably supporting multi-channel customer service teams
- Strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience with at least one BI platform (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
- Exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills; able to convey complex topics to a wide array of stakeholders
