People Operations Lead, Data Integrity
As the People Operations Lead, Data Integrity, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations and executing on the overall strategy for all HR-related projects. You will work across the People team to ensure that the data in our HRIS systems flows into all our systems to meet current and future business needs. You will also be an integral part of the Workday implementation project that requires HR technology & data reconciliation and mapping expertise.
You will report to the People Operations Manager and expect to work remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot and resolve data errors
- Partner with HR Technology by providing requirements for system configuration and helps define process automation
- Set up audit reports and alerts
- Responsible for HR-Payroll data handoffs for US & all Int’l entities
- Test and implement business process enhancements
- Assist in the ongoing redesign of HR processes, promoting operational excellence
- Responsible for user testing and documentation during and post configuration & system releases
- Be a subject matter on data flow and integrity subject to SOX compliance
- Create and maintain training documentation to support functional system admins; participate in training activities for stakeholders and end-users
- Responsible for all mass uploads in the HRIS system
- Responsible for federal and state fillings (workers compensation, EEO-1)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with ~3 years serving in an HR Systems/Ops capacity
- Proficiency in creating advanced reports
- Workday experience preferred
- Prior HRIS implementation experience preferred
- Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Advanced Excel/Google sheets skillset with an eye for detail and errors in large datasets
