People Systems Analyst
THE ROLE
We are looking for a techno-functional People Systems Analyst to join the People Systems team, primarily focused on global Talent Acquisition technology. As part of the team, you will identify, design and deploy technology and process solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will partner cross-functionally with critical areas of the business to support the continued growth and optimization of our People Tech offerings.
The ideal candidate is a system-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and who consistently exceeds expectations. This role requires proficiency in the analysis of system requirements, solution design and ongoing maintenance of our various People systems. In addition to delivering new automation and enhancing/supporting existing systems, an effective candidate will be expected to contribute relevant technical, functional, and process expertise, and drive alignment for People systems projects and initiatives. We are looking for an agile team-player who enjoys working cross-functionally with different parts of the organization and has a foundational understanding of talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and resolve system issues, partner with technical teams and vendors for highly complex issues, and continuously improve system performance
- Support configuration and testing of system fixes and enhancements
- Develop and manage audits to review and maintain data integrity between systems
- Prioritize system enhancements, support, and maintenance
- Capture business process requirements, and help translate these requirements into technical solutions
- Communicate and train end-users and People Team stakeholders on new system functionality or enhancements
- Participate in special projects or initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience of related experience in global environments
- Experience with supporting HRIS and/or ATS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- ATS administration experience; Greenhouse preferred but not required
- HRIS experience; SAP SuccessFactors helpful but not required
- Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Exposure to operational concepts, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Demonstrated history of solving multiple, competing and complex challenges
- Knowledge of requirements gathering and testing methods
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels
- Worked in a fast-paced company similar to a high-tech start-up
