About the Role
iCapital Network is seeking a Platform Implementation Analyst to support the expanding development of our new product offerings. This role will be responsible for analyzing the requirements to support new fund launches. You will own the implementation and testing of new online forms, and will be responsible for developing a project communication plan to ensure client deadlines are understood and met. Having fun while doing it is a big part of who we are so the ideal candidate will embrace a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Fund Management, Enterprise Integration, Platform Product, and Data Support teams to scope different solutions for new product launches.
- Analyze legal documents to determine requirements for the electronic workflow.
- Test and review online subscription workflows for new fund launches to ensure flawless execution.
- Prioritize multiple concurrent requests and requirements.
- Communicate timelines to the business organization.
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape from a business and legal/compliance perspective.
- Ideate innovative processes to enhance the subscription workflow.
Qualifications
- Post college graduates with internship or professional experience in an operational role in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building relationships to gain buy in and achieve business results
- History of customer centric focus with a knack for quick and thoughtful problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
- Critical attention to detail
- History of teamwork; willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
