The primary purpose of this position is to serve as liaison between business and technology partners in the development and delivery of an Omni-solution for all global Tapestry brands.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in..

  • Leading and facilitating business requirement and design solution meetings by working with users and vendors.
  • Lead and prioritize features/capabilities for the development team to work on.
  • Documenting existing business and operational processes as well as future state
  • Performing detailed analysis, prepare Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, review vendor specifications ensuring requirements are accurately addressed.
  • Creating and maintaining Jira Epic, features, stories and related work tasks, providing and updating as necessary the Acceptance Criteria.
  • Participating in all project stand-ups, defect triage, and sprint planning activities.
  • Understanding Host applications and perform integrated testing with host.
  • Creating communication and training strategies to support user acceptance testing and implementation.
  • Creating reference, procedural and training materials for multiple audiences
  • Reviewing and/or conduct training as needed and participate in rollout/implementation.
  • Providing support to business partners


 The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Have experience being an OMS product owner and comfortable in making decisions in a big global OMS implementation
  • Have experience conduct training to stores and or call center
  • Can work independently and deal with ambiguity, and comfortable in making tough decisions with little information.
  • Proactive self-starter who can drive to conclusion with little to no direction
  • Able to work with a big and diverse teams with many different personalities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Willing to work overtime to accomplish a goal
  • Strong inter-personal, communication, organization skills and initiative.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and Jira handling multiple priorities and reprioritize accordingly.
  • Ability to provide direction to Vendors.
  • Able to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Experience with global Order Management System implementation.
  • 4 years project management or business analyst experience
  • 2 years Retail industry experience, with a focus on store operations, in-store systems and host interfaces and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Your internal title for this role will be Senior Analyst, Business Solutions.
