The primary purpose of this position is to serve as liaison between business and technology partners in the development and delivery of an Omni-solution for all global Tapestry brands.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in..
- Leading and facilitating business requirement and design solution meetings by working with users and vendors.
- Lead and prioritize features/capabilities for the development team to work on.
- Documenting existing business and operational processes as well as future state
- Performing detailed analysis, prepare Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, review vendor specifications ensuring requirements are accurately addressed.
- Creating and maintaining Jira Epic, features, stories and related work tasks, providing and updating as necessary the Acceptance Criteria.
- Participating in all project stand-ups, defect triage, and sprint planning activities.
- Understanding Host applications and perform integrated testing with host.
- Creating communication and training strategies to support user acceptance testing and implementation.
- Creating reference, procedural and training materials for multiple audiences
- Reviewing and/or conduct training as needed and participate in rollout/implementation.

The accomplished individual will possess...
- Have experience being an OMS product owner and comfortable in making decisions in a big global OMS implementation
- Have experience conduct training to stores and or call center
- Can work independently and deal with ambiguity, and comfortable in making tough decisions with little information.
- Proactive self-starter who can drive to conclusion with little to no direction
- Able to work with a big and diverse teams with many different personalities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willing to work overtime to accomplish a goal
- Strong inter-personal, communication, organization skills and initiative.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Jira handling multiple priorities and reprioritize accordingly.
- Ability to provide direction to Vendors.
- Able to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Experience with global Order Management System implementation.
- 4 years project management or business analyst experience
- 2 years Retail industry experience, with a focus on store operations, in-store systems and host interfaces and systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
