Connatix is seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to join our Programmatic Demand Operations team. The Programmatic Account Manager will handle end-to-end ownership of deal accounts (e.g., optimizations, forecasting, campaign setup, etc.) in addition to playing an important role in pricing, planning, and modeling. Account Managers work hand-in-hand with our Demand Sales team in deal and client strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and problem solving skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, and should be very detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating deal planning and sales strategy around pricing, product offerings, and campaign operations, creating and maintaining sales collateral. 
  • Set up Deals in Connatix and SSP platforms, maintaining regular reporting, tracking performance, producing analysis, and providing recommendations on deal optimizations. 
  • Lead post-sale deal conversations and operations with agency, brand, and channel partner clients across Private Marketplace, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Managed Service deals, acting as main day-to-day point-of-contact for clients. 
  • Evaluating campaign performance to inform follow-up strategies and renewals with buyers and partners to drive partnership growth, identify offerings to upsell. 
  • Working closely with Sales on client relationship management and communications, providing white-glove service to deal clients. 
  • Analyzing performance against KPIs and reporting back to both internal and external parties, building case studies and other collateral as needed. 
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to build internal tools and processes that support operational excellence. 
  • Support initiatives across the company by owning demand knowledge insights and expertise.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Technology/Engineering, or related fields that focus heavily on strategy and data analysis. 
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data (Excel, Google Sheets, etc, proficient at Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas) . 
  • Industry Experience on Demand Side of Ad Tech, with preference for experience with DSPs, SSPs, other Ad Tech Platforms, and Private Marketplaces (PMPS). 
  • Eager to learn Product offerings and ability to synthesize knowledge to innovate solutions. 
  • Very detail oriented, with strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Skilled at project tracking and execution. 
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite) 
  • Strong ability to be responsible, accountable and results-driven.
