Metric Theory’s Analytics, Measurement, and Product (AMP) team supports the entire account services organization by developing tools to improve efficiency and provide a reporting suite to customers. As this team continues to grow, Metric Theory is looking for a Reporting Support Analyst to support our reporting product and assist with data analysis processes. This individual will work internally with account teams to support ETL processes that bring data into a data warehouse, build out custom reporting configurations, develop reporting templates, and respond to issues as they arise. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Onboarding new clients to reporting tool
  • Troubleshooting configuration issues that arise
  • Configuring custom technical setups
  • Providing feedback to development teams on standardizing certain customizations
  • Configure reports in reporting tool
  • Run custom analyses on analytics data and package for reporting 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years work experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or related field
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, business analysis, digital marketing or related major
  • Experience with BI Tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker etc.
  • Experience with SQL and data warehouses
  • Self starter, able to work independentlyDetail oriented and able to develop new processes
  • Google Cloud Platform experience, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions
  • Experience with Javascript and Python
  • Experience with Digital Marketing programs a plus
