A Better opportunity:

Better is looking for an analytically minded sales enthusiast to work alongside our Sales Operations Team. The Sales & Operations  Associate will be aiding in all aspects of the Sales & Operations Team’s incentive programs, including communication, design implementation and administration. The role reports into Sales Strategy and Operations and works closely with team leadership, Finance and HR to ensure effective and scalable designs across Better’s Sales organization. This role is also responsible for reporting plan effectiveness through performance management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the creation, articulation and interpretation of the sales & operations incentive compensation philosophy that aligns with Better’s values and mission to include sales plans for reps and managers.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly compensation calculations.
  • Drive analysis that directly influences sales strategy for incentive programs
  • Maintain and continually evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs for the sales team, suggest data-driven improvements when applicable

About You:

  • 1-2 years experience in a heavily analytical environment in sales operations specifically.
  • You have SQL and Looker/LookML experience.
  • You are a critical thinker, with strong communication skills that allow you to share your ideas effectively
  • You are naturally curious, with an interest in solving complex problems; the only thing you like more than puzzles is solving them.
  • You are highly adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Bonus Points If: You have experience with sales incentive compensation management systems (i.e. Xactly).
