Responsibilities:

  • Support sales performance analysis, forecasting, incentive compensation and leadership reporting
  • Act as point of contact for Salesforce.com requests, improvements and troubleshooting
  • Create, manage, optimize and maintain Salesforce.com records, reports and dashboards best practices
  • Produce high quality analysis regarding sales performance, partner trends, forecasting, data and trend analysis, and insights for various aspects of the business
  • Set up, improve, maintain and improve systems to collect and analyze sales data and detect partner trends
  • Assist with ongoing analytical, reporting, administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications:

Must Have

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations/Analytics
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness and time management
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, SQL and Data Management

Nice To Have

  • Familiar with Tableau
  • Comfort managing multiple simultaneous tasks at various stages and with varying levels of effort
  • Equally comfortable interacting regularly with wide range of employees across the company in roles and levels, via email, phone, and in person, as well as being honed in on Excel and/or data analysis
  • Passion for learning, improving data quality, business efficiency and business intelligence/insights
