We have an immediate need to add a Salesforce Developer/Analyst in our New York office or any other location where we have a facility. This role will serve as a technical specialist and be hands on building Salesforce functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience with advanced Salesforce configuration, a proven track record of creating programmatic solutions, and a desire to grow both your technical and soft skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work on a Salesforce agile team, reporting to the Salesforce Solution Architect.
  • Provide guidance on technical design around good programming practices.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy solutions in a Lightning environment. 
  • Configure declarative solutions such as Flow, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.
  • Create custom solutions with Apex and Web Components (Aura and/or LWC).
  • Assist in designing and documenting Salesforce technical architecture and governance.
  • Support advanced admin activity such as SSO, Files Connect, Security, etc.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and provide bug fixes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data analysis/cleansing and user support. 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • BS degree, preferably in computer science or similar field
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Preferred 5 years of experience of software development with any technology
  • Can work autonomously to deliver solutions and proactively identify improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • SFDC Code Development (Apex, SOQL/SOSL, VisualForce)
  • Must have prior experience building Lightning Components (Aura or LWC preferred)
  • A technical background with experience in custom code, query languages, basic integrations, and security features (HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, SQL, APIs)
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment (w/Jira) preferred
  • Preferred Certifications: App Builder, Developer I, Advanced Admin
  • Nice-to-haves: Tableau, Boomi, Jira, DevOp tools, Git, Ad tech industry #LI-TP1
