We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to oversee end-to-end tracking of the sales process, data, and reporting in one of the most dynamic and fastest growing business units at Wix. The Salesforce Business Analyst position will play a pivotal role with the Salesforce end users, supporting various customers and stakeholders. In this role, you will develop an end-to-end understanding of the current systems, gather new requirements, and collaborate with the developers on developing solutions.
You are:
A Salesforce expert with 4+ years of experience in a sales driven organization. You're a multitasker and a problem solver. You have experience working with multiple stakeholders cross functionally, and you're comfortable gathering business requirements and providing actionable data/insights to the relevant people. You're also comfortable managing a myriad of tools, working on integrations to enable the flow-through of data. In this role, you will be expected to configure Salesforce, perform data loads, codify documentation, and assist users. The ideal candidate will have exposure to various Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Community Portal, Partner Portal experience, Data Loader).
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will:

  • Be a part of a Salesforce team that supports 500+ end users
  • Work with data analytics and migration
  • Gather technical requirements
  • Regularly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical business leaders and technical project stakeholders by providing timely generation and distribution of communication
  • Monitor progress of technical issue resolution and negotiate solutions as necessary
  • Build and support Salesforce applications and customizations
  • Facilitate the testing and release of software solutions
