The Digital Analytics, Senior Analyst will combine knowledge of digital marketing as well as understanding of web analytics platforms to produce actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations for the organization. The Senior Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting and analysis, working closely with business stakeholders to continually improve the end-to-end flow of customer information.

The Senior Analyst will support the development and execution of fact-based reporting, and apply expertise linking a variety of disparate data sources including web, transactional, and third-party data to produce business insights, dashboards, and standardized reports that will be presented to business stakeholders and company leadership.

What you will do:

  • Assist in analytic reports and projects that uncover actionable customer insights to guide short-term and long-term acquisition and retention efforts
  • Develop insights on relevant digital conversion behaviors, customer segments, customer journey, and conversion trigger points
  • Assist in the on-going improvement of tagging and analysis related to Google Campaign Manager, Ads Data Hub, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio
  • Assist the customer acquisition and customer retention teams with A/B and Multivariate testing

What You Will Need:

  • 3-6 years of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing analytics, and/or marketing analytics
  • Academic background in analytics, statistics, marketing, business, or related field. Undergraduate college degree required; MA or MBA preferred
  • Familiarity with visualization tools and methodology (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • An understanding of data flow from data layer through Google Tag Manager to Google Analytics and how to identify tagging inconsistencies
  • Strong business acumen in finance, marketing, or statistics and ability to understand business problems, develop hypothesis, design tests, and learn
  • Experience with data manipulation languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.) a plus
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
