WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., Customer Success, Global Support and Services, Global SMB, Product, Sales, Finance, Security, Compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and technology advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Streamlining and improving internal and external reporting.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between Revenue Operations teams and key stakeholders throughout the business.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proven and exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- 2 Years Salesforce Administration Experience
- Advanced technical skills. Proficiency with SQL language and database management is a plus.
- Experience with BI tools, e.g. Looker, Tableau a plus
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Practical experience generating process documentation, detailed reports, and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
