About the Job:

As a Senior Business Analyst on the Revenue team, you will be responsible for owning and running data analyses that shape strategic decisions within the Consumer organization. You will build and forge strong connections with the Data/Analytics, Finance, Marketing and Product functions within RTR and be a driver of data-driven decisions and strategies within the Revenue team and broader cross-functional Consumer organization.

What You’ll Do: 

• Create and maintain reporting tools for the Revenue team to monitor business performance (by program, by channel, by customer segment etc.) 
• Perform data-driven analyses to support business strategy and decision making
• Define KPIs and create dashboards to measure performance across marketing channels 

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Technology, Business or related fields; advanced degrees and/or specializations a plus
• Ability to run independent analyses and access data via SQL to perform those analyses
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with using relational databases and writing queries in SQL 
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Experience coding in statistical or scripting computer languages such as R and Python is a plus but not a requirement
• Extremely curious and strong interest to dive into complex business problems
