WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with stakeholders to understand the business needs (cross user meetings)
• Draw logical workflows for further presenting to the main POCs
• Analyze stakeholder's need and translate it into requirements for Engineering team and Designer
• Organize UAT/ Demo sessions with power users
• Participate in the Office Hours (ability to provide a solution and solve the problem during the meeting)
• Resolve production issues with Eng team (inform users, provide logical solution)
• Organize Product Backlog grooming
• Manage home website
• Work with the content writer for Training articles and videos
• Organize quarterly Roadmap sessions
• Prepare release notes

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work with data/ metrics - analyze and present findings
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to express the point of view event if it contradicts with the stakeholders stand point (with evidence)
• Good knowledge and experience in writing BRD (provide examples if possible)
• Good level of English C1 and higher (preferable), B2+ (minimum)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work without oversight
