Joining Collibra's Total Rewards team:

Collibra seeks a determined, highly independent Senior Compensation Analyst for its growing Total Rewards team. This high-impact role will report to our Sr Director of Total Rewards and will work directly with upper management and executive leaders of the Finance and HR. The role provides ample opportunity to have a direct impact on Collibra’s strategic initiatives around compensation.

A Senior Compensation Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Leading the annual compensation benchmarking process (data analysis and data submission) with Radford, Mercer, and Kornferry
  • Managing Collibra’s annual merit increase and bonus cycle (design, enablement, execution, and communication)
  • Understanding Collibra’s strategic objectives and working with leaders to design compensation structures to achieve those objectives
  • Acting as a trusted compensation partner with talent acquisition, HR business partners, and leaders across the organization (constructing offers, explaining payments, resolving concerns, etc.)

You Have:

  • 6+ years in an analytical role, with 4+ years in a direct compensation role
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & Google Suite products
  • Extensive experience with compensation benchmarking data (Radford preferred)

You Are:

  • Able to thrive in ambiguous situations and effectively balance competing priorities
  • Effective in situations where you can diagnose challenges and quickly problem-solve
  • Capable of thinking both strategically and pragmatically in regards to compensation issues
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Reporting to Collibra's Director of Total Rewards & People Analytics measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will get up to speed on all of Collibra’s compensation philosophies/policies and begin to take over day-to-day administration of compensation
  • Within your third month, you will help select a new merit increase tool 
  • Within your sixth month, you will successfully implement the new merit increase tool and run the annual process
