We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer who believes, as we do, that digital therapy provides an unprecedented opportunity to improve mental health. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be a part of a collaborative and mission driven Data Science and Machine Learning Team. As a member of the platform pod, you will work with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers with a focus on building underlying infrastructure to support data initiatives across the entire organization.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that our data infrastructure is meeting the needs for data science, analytics, and machine learning initiatives. 
• Develop, scope, and execute on a Data Engineering Roadmap that will unlock the potential of this rich dataset.
• Own and develop high leverage and critical commonly used streaming and batch datasets, a reimagined data search and discovery experience, and reporting and data visualization tooling.
• Support upcoming Machine Learning initiatives by helping to design and implement MLOps infrastructure and computational resources. 

About You

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience manipulating data in a professional environment using Python, AWS, and SQL
• Experience working with data warehouses such as Redshift or Snowflake and experience with data warehouse design/dimensional modeling
• Comfortable with ETL/ELT tools, particularly Airflow and dbt
• Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
