Design and create reports, dashboards and visualizations that business owners can rely on to drive business processes. Create Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes to empower analytics across the organization. Prepare trend analysis and investigative reporting for product owners and senior management. Curate data sources for Business Intelligence reporting and ad hoc analysis. Manage data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability. Run experiments to evaluate the impact of new features and functionality. Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to support reporting and business intelligence needs for Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams. Telecommuting may be permitted. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience with A/B test design and analysis (including planning, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software systems or applications) to interpret themes from quantitative and qualitative data to deliver data-driven insights to optimize growth, using structured query language and advanced BI tools (including Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Periscope) to devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience with A/B test design and analysis (including planning, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software systems or applications) to interpret themes from quantitative and qualitative data to deliver data-driven insights to optimize growth, using structured query language and advanced BI tools (including Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Periscope) to devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.

Must also have the following: 3 years of professional experience scripting using programming languages and numerical computing tools (including Python, NumPy, or PANDAS); 3 years of professional experience applying data warehousing concepts and ETL fundamentals to turn unstructured problems into easily digestible analysis and conclusions; 1 year of professional experience working with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams; 1 year of professional experience utilizing statistical modeling techniques and machine learning concepts for experimental design and analysis; 1 year of professional experience using Airflow.
