Crossix is looking for the right leader in to bring expertise in physician level data, entrepreneurial energy and passion for the client to its Data Solutions team. You will be at the table and on the front lines of all strategic, product and client-facing workstreams. You will leverage first-hand knowledge of challenges, gaps and frustrations of current offerings to inform strategy and design of Crossix solutions. Your commercial mindset will help us win and grow client relationships. As the business grows, you will be responsible for building, recruiting and leading the Customer Success Team.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with Crossix senior leaders in developing, building, bringing to market Crossix HCP Data Solutions
  • Leverage deep expertise in HCP level data products and analytics to help guide strategy
  • Join client-facing conversations to translate Crossix offerings to client gaps/needs, deliver expertise in prospective and ongoing client engagements.
  • Translate the Crossix DNA of exceptional customer success into the data vertical
    • Be personally responsible for the success of early adopter clients
    • Demonstrate subject matter expertise and business acumen in client-facing engagements
    • Establish customer success through flawless execution, and retaining and growing client relationships; analyze and resolve client inquiries
    • Build and grow Customer Success Team with the needs of the business
  • Maintain responsibility for pricing, structure, and delivery of new HCP level data products
  • Bring high-energy, adaptable, and entrepreneurial enthusiasm to this very unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of building a new business

What You've Done

  • Held leadership positions in a client services or strategy role as a leader of a business or client team, preferably from the vendor side
  • Minimum 15 years of experience
  • Served as business or subject matter expert as well as expert on the market for HCP level data solutions
  • Experience preparing RFPs involving need identification and business case formation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels with well-articulated, innovative ideas
