We believe that access to medical data is a key catalyst for dramatic change in healthcare. Like in other industries, companies like Plaid, Twilio and Stripe solved key problems in the access, simplification and affordability in managing complex data ecosystems for developers at innovative companies. What are some social events your company does?

When we get together quarterly, we try to do a group dinner, and we're often hanging out in the office or at our local after work - anyone who is around is invited!

What does career growth look like on your team?

In engineering, we operate on a well-defined career ladder, outlining clear requirements and expectations for each level. This transparency fosters growth, encouraging us to meet the next level's requirements. We cultivate a balance between collaboration and leadership, encouraging growth as an individual while excelling as a cohesive team.

Amy

Software Engineer

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

I enable creativity by working with the team to distill down to the important outcome we are seeking. This requires supporting the engineering team in owning the path. By cutting away preconceived notions of how we might solve a problem the team can find success with autonomy, searching for a solution versus waiting for instructions.
