RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise customers on the effective use of Supply Chain data to drive positive business outcomes
  • Work with Data Scientists on building use cases and identifying the right data sources
  • Primary face off to assignment sponsors and senior client staff within Supply Chain Management. Actively manage client relationships. Lead all but the largest consultancy assignments. Support business development opportunities. Mentor staff
  • Work independently but ensure that salient information is communicated to practice management/consulting heads. Builds key customer relationships
  • Ensure that all work on assignment is carried out to meet or exceed client quality expectations; commit to delivering the right outcomes, deliverables and solutions to fit the client's needs; ensure the appropriate quality controls are actively managed; continually initiate opportunities to exceed client expectations without making unreasonable commitments; work through ambiguity, providing clarity and structure throughout delivery of a project; use a flexible approach which results in a meaningful impact on the client's business; work to build capability, best practice competencies, and skills within the client's teams
  • Develop respect and trust from EPAM and client colleagues by being supportive and highly reliable; Encourage collaboration to enhance performance within both client and EPAM teams; encourage and is open to different viewpoints, ideas and contributions to help others feel valued, appreciated and included. Identify opportunities to proactively build strategic relationships - at an individual, account and organization level
  • Take responsibility for team performance and how this contributes to the overall successes of client projects and internal initiatives; maintain personal accountability for the engagements financial performance; continually evolve our commercial model and its application to winning and delivering client work
  • Participate actively in meetings/phone conferences with clients; collect requirements, data and information; create presentations without supervision; be dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; act with clients in mind; get first-hand client information and use it for improvements in products and services; demonstrate a clear understanding of client's strategies and challenges; establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and gain their trust and respect; deal with adversity and ambiguity; proactively reach out to client personnel to assess client satisfaction
  • Willingness to explore and learn about emerging technologies
  • Work collaboratively with a team in an innovation driven environment


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Manager or 7+ years relevant industry consultancy experience (Logistics, Life Sciences, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing)
  • A working knowledge of Supply Chain data in one or more domains; Demand/Supply Planning, IBP, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Inventory Management or Procurement
  • 7+ years' experience with applied analytics, data engineering in merchandize planning and/or supply chain
  • Knowledge of applied predictive analytics to supply chain use cases
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Cloud Data Migration, AI/ML applications
  • A desire to continue to learn and expand your consulting capacity in the area of Supply Chain Analytics
  • Excellent understanding of Supply Chain Analytics and is known as an SME/thought leader in Digital Supply Chain Solutions. Brings expertise and insights into the solutions we deliver to build client capability; knows how to quickly and appropriately identify and engage internal and external experts; is conversant in all areas of EPAM's Consulting Service Framework; provides thought leadership and knowledge capital that conveys our expertise externally through multiple channels
  • Viewed internally and externally as an expert on how businesses work; understands and speaks intelligently about current and possible future trends, practices and policies, technology and information affecting his/her business and organization; uses broad base of experience to advise clients on how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace
  • Wide network of senior industry professionals and is well known to existing or potential clients. Proven expertise in leveraging network to seek opportunities for additional work
  • Able to travel as needed
  • At least a bachelor's degree; advanced education is appreciated
  • Comfortable with a blended utilization and new business targets
