WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create technology advisory offerings in the data and analytic area
• Help EPAM customers to solve complex technological problems like
• Migration of complex data and analytical systems to the Cloud
• Integrate AI capabilities into the enterprise landscape
• Creation and management of train data and quality gates for AI systems
• Optimize existing Cloud data and analytics systems
• Establish a trusted and secure environment that encourages the creation of new data products and collaboration between teams
• Contribute to the EPAM federated data factory framework that helps organizations to establish an efficient data-driven ecosystem
• Advice and guide customers on establishing data practice on enterprise level: data governance, data architecture, master data management and data quality management
• Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Be a thought-leader, evangelize and drive collaborative, value-centered approaches to defining and solving problems
• Determine EPAMs' strategic investments in Data and Analytics area
• Drive the development of internal accelerators and strategic partnerships
• Organize and lead advisory and implementation teams to make the strategic recommendations real
• Support pre-sales activities by assessing digital opportunities, responding to RFP's, creating proposals and presentations, and helping to close/sign new deals

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in IT or management consulting
• Proven track record of launching and managing complex technology initiatives or large-scale programs (50+ people) from ideation to production (2+ initiatives)
• Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
• Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery (BigData / Cloud / Advanced Analytics / MLOps/ etc.)
• Experience in execution of discovery and assessment engagements; creation and socialization the finding
• Ability to challenge customer's architectural decisions, actively engage customer in productive dialog and guide customer towards effective architectural solutions
• Awareness of Cloud, data, and AI technologies and trends with practical experience with one or more major data and analytics technologies
• Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain solutions and project deliverables to senior stakeholders
• Ability to lead teams while tackling high-level of uncertainty, a big number of stakeholders, and tight timelines
• Ability to challenge and influence data solution design and technology selection for enterprise data platforms, warehouses, data lakes, and data science platforms
• Ability to understand and lead advanced technical teams
• Desire to learn & expand your comfort zone
