About the role

We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to survey existing and prospective customers, creating insights that help improve the design of our products and promotions. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and managing multiple consumer and product surveys, synthesizing responses with internally held data to generate actionable insight to Marketing, Product and Revenue teams.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver surveys to understand existing and prospective customer preferences
  • Compile and analyze response data, managing multiple simultaneous surveys across a variety of tools and channels
  • Deliver insights and make recommendations to stakeholders including Marketing, Product and Revenue departments
  • Perform and summarize regular competitor research including Brand and NPS tracking
  • Conduct and summarize qualitative research with individuals customers and in focus groups
  • Maintain and socialize library of insights

Who we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in consumer research, market research or marketing analysis
  • Working knowledge of research methods and tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to perform statistical analysis using tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, etc.
  • Experience manipulating and interpreting large data sets using SQL, Python, etc.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Communication, Marketing or related field
