Botify thrives on the success of our customers. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Search Data Strategist (SDS) to engage and enable Botify’s customers to deploy and fully utilize the Botify Platform to achieve their business outcomes. As a Senior Search Data Strategist, you will contribute to the ultimate success of the Botify customers’ on-boarding experience, taking responsibility for the post-sales lifecycle of your portfolio from onboarding to project execution. Through your partnership, customers will derive maximum value from their investments using Botify’s insights and recommendations, leading to project success, retention, and renewal.

Your responsibilities:

• Foster adoption of the Botify Platform throughout customer organizations
• You will be the first point of contact for our customers; as part of your onboarding (first six months) you will address all Support Level 1 requests (email, slack, tickets) through triage up to resolution
• Work closely with customers to coordinate their work and set-up their project including every advanced setting offered by the platform: log files, segmentation, HTML Extract etc.
• Deliver dedicated trainings based on our customers’ data and industry, from basic to advanced depending on people involved on customer sides
• Work with your customers to build Advanced Reports to answer business objectives (including the use of API)
• Build long-term, deep relationships at all levels within our customers’ organizations
• Provide feedback to our Product Team with feature requests and product enhancements
• Work closely with our Customer Success Team to maintain exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction
• Building a process to triage clients’ needs from basic fundamentals to advanced use cases

Your qualifications:

• 6+ years as an SEO consultant with Enterprise customers, or as an in-house SEO manager for a medium to large website, covering all aspects of SEO from high-level strategy down to technical SEO
• You possess significant customer facing experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations with large account/project management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business staff
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail when building presentations
